Leviticus 17-18 / Psalms 119:41-80 / Luke 1

And the land was defiled, and I made a reckoning with it for its iniquity, and the land spewed out its inhabitants.

Because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to spew you out of my mouth.

Lukewarm is putting hot and cold together, making the truth into something that didn't totally consume them so that their purpose became singularly devoted to the way of the Father inside them, while everything about being a human animal dropped away. Putting the hot and cold together meant making the truth conform to their human existences so that being a human animal, spending most of your time in the survival mode, having a human identity fully intact was the primary thing, while they thought they could also have this other thing, the truth that they were once hot for, but turned back from for the other more alluring thing—being and maintaining their human identities.

Jesus was hot. He told the disciples the truth about following him. He did not want followers who were humans. He told them that they would have to lose their human right to an existence—what the animals cling to without wavering because it's all they have—if they thought they wanted to follow him. Here is a quote from an atheist web site (, which contains correct facts about the real Jesus. We are not affiliated with the atheists any more than the religionists. In their attempt to debunk religion, what the aetheists have to point out is what the christians and christadelphians are afraid to say about Jesus, even though it comes from the same bible they claim is inspired and inerrant, that from which they make the rules for their institutions.

Jesus Christ's scriptural teachings which are actually quite anti-family.

In Matthew 10:34-38 Jesus said he had come to bring intra-family discord and urged people to leave their families and follow him. In Luke 14:26 he demanded that his disciples "hate" their families. In Matthew 19:29 he urged his followers to "forsake" their families.

In Matthew 8:21-22 and Luke 9:59-60 he denied a disciple's request for family leave to bury his father. Jesus curtly replied, "Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead."

In Mark 3:31-35 and in Luke 8:20-21 Jesus snubbed his biological family who had come to see him. He claimed that the assembled crowd, rather than his mother and brothers, was his family.

The aethiests are correct, the real Jesus was anti-family and would be kicked out of any church or ecclesia he went to in a bout 3 minutes, because he was pro-God's true family,w hich goes against the humans and their concept of nuclear animal families. What the atheist won't understand (neither do the religionists) is that Jesus' teaching was actually directed at just a few of the people to whom he was speaking, who could accept his difficult to hear, anti-human teachings. Jesus was singularly pro-family, but not with respect to the human families that these men were from; who were given the ears by God to be able to receive and hear Jesus' words, which were actually the Father's words. Jesus knew that the Father's family of sons was the only family that was worth anything, and the Father's purpose is the only perpetual thing. To be chosen to be in that family was the most incredible invitation the humans could receive, but it wasn't to be taken lightly. Being chosen meant that a choice had to be made, for the Father who was unseen yet visible in an invisible way (He was the new eyes, ears and mind which made them able to receive Jesus' hard teaching).

From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.

This is the choice that these many disciples made when they finally realized that Jesus was not going to serve them like they needed to be served, that they couldn't make him into what they wanted him to be for their own gain, as they had done with Moses' words. They wanted to believe him because he was genuine, unlike the leaders who were just humans with power, and he gave them what they wanted and craved for themselves.

I tell you the truth, you are looking for me, not because you saw miraculous signs but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.

Here is the human condition, bound to the natural creation (which is only temporary) by its nature that is only interested in satisfying its cravings and appeasing its fears, as all animals are. Although the atheist's intention is different than ours, it's funny that they know more truth about Jesus than do the religious leaders who claim to be experts about Jesus, but carry on the tradition of their fathers who turned the truth into a lie and made it into a human institution they could control. Because they want to believe the lie, God sends them a strong delusion (that the lie is true) so that they'll believe whatever they want to believe e.g., that they are important and their jesus god advocated his followers continuing to live their human lives as humans, with a human identity and everything associated with that, following what was inside them like any other animal. They could just incorporate this new thing into their existing way, nature and condition, and they wouldn't have to totally abandon everything they thought was good and what the humans consider good and leave it all behind in order to follow him.

Any Israelite or any alien living among them who eats any blood—I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from his people. For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life. Therefore I say to the Israelites, "None of you may eat blood, nor may an alien living among you eat blood."

I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever." He said this while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum.

The disciples who turned away from following Jesus in John 6:66 were those who wanted to incorporate what he had to say into what they wanted to hold on to and keep intact—their lives and what they were willing to accept. The made up joshua of Jesus' day is just like the made up jesus of today, whose followers are human first and finally while they incorporate their service to those christian gods into their animal existences. The assumption that what was happening in the first and second centuries regarding the new covenant is still happening now is ridiculous.

If serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve...

If one wants to call what goes on in the churches real, or from God, then they are merely under the delusion that the lie made up by humans is real, as per God's declaration that He would send the delusion, because they love the lie more than they're willing to accept the truth that all christianity is made up and therefore bogus—totally different than what the first century believers were under. Like all other human religions, it's just something one can fit in to their life, just another means of survival for the animal. Actually it's the ultimate form of survival for the animal, because playing that game is the definition of the human existence—working, getting, building up, maintaining, protecting, avoiding threatening situations, producing offspring that will carry your own DNA on past the grave. And if they can do all that and also feel like they've secured themselves a place in "heaven" (the place where the "good people" go), then they've got the whole thing all wrapped up for themselves. It is a pretty strong delusion which makes that scenario believable. How different is it from what the real Jesus actually said. Being one of the "good people," as defined by the leaders of whatever religious lie one wants to believe, does not mean being pleasing to God, whose truth is hidden from those leaders.

Because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to spew you out of my mouth.

Here is a picture of the Lord's intention regarding those who called themselves his followers, lovers of God, who claimed to be one thing with their mouth but by their life they said a much stronger thing as to what was the real truth about what (their life) and who (themselves) they love, and who they followed (the ruler of the humans—the serpent, the animal, the real devil). It was a warning for the first & second century communities who were already being infested with the nature of the humans to conform what was good to what they wanted (the beginnings of the abomination were already being predicted). It is based on what his Father did to the people who had no regard for Him way back when His wife was young, in the wilderness.

And the land was defiled, and I made a reckoning with it for its iniquity, and the land spewed out its inhabitants.

God made a reckoning with the land, a cleansing and consecrating of it so it would be fit for His purpose. And the process of that was that the land would spew out its inhabitants, those who defiled it and made it unclean. He was also, at the same time, creating the system of laws and statutes which would be a purifying process for His people, to purify them and their uncleanness (the animal nature) so that He might live amongst them. All this was in anticipation of them being delivered to the place He was preparing for them, their new home. All of this was merely a copy of the better thing, God's only purpose for this creation—to have a family of His very own sons with whom He could live forever.

May those who fear you turn to me, those who understand your statutes.

The only way they could abide with God in their midst, to be a holy people consecrated to Him for His purpose and enjoyment, was if they lived in the way that He prescribed so they could be cleansed from their uncleanness. That was what the law, His statutes, His covenant, was for—"You do this, and I will promise you by a covenant that I will do this." The reason that the statutes of the law were given by God to the Israelites was so they could represent His attack against the unclean animal nature that lived in them, the thing that always drove them to want to love and serve everything but Him, and their need to be cleansed of their contamination because of it. If they didn't, they would be violating the terms of the covenant and He would not be in their midst, but would go away from them. That was the copy, a teacher, a pointing forward to the One who would bring the new covenant and nullify the old with all its restrictions and limitations to what could only be comprehended and understood by the earthly faculties (natural eyes, ears, and mind).

Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge (a schoolmaster) to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law.

This is not necessarily for the present religious community, but for those being called out of it by the voice of the Teacher, if he is choosing to do that in any of the humans. It is a warning and an encouragement to those who do hear his voice, that they can no longer live like the religious leaders tell them they can—lukewarm, saying they walk in the Lord's path but holding on to their own life and way so tightly that they could never give it up for his sake. The lie that that is a possible scenario for a true disciple of Jesus was made up by the Mother whore, based on the same things the Jewish humans did to the old covenant, which was fulfilled and nullified by the One who set the new covenant in motion.

The old covenant with its requirements was the way to serve and please God, but everything about it just pointed to the better thing, what hadn't been revealed yet. By the old way a man could live his life for himself, laboring 6 of 7 days as hard as he could in order to build up the things he needed to survive. The law was the tempering mechanism so he didn't get fully engulfed by the deceitfulness of riches and the desire to forget everything else except amassing his small fortune; and his great and honorable name amongst the humans. It was so he wouldn't forget God. There were lots of things built in to the law to prevent the tendency that was in the humans from taking over. The jubilee commandments, when the land and Hebrew slaves reverted to their original position and debts were forgiven is a safeguard against the lopsidedness built in to those humans to build up riches and forget their brothers, as was part of the purpose of the sabbath. The command to love their brothers and take care of the widows, orphans, poor and foreigners is clearly what was forgotten by the Jews over and over again in their desire to be not like God wanted them to be, but like what was inside them, the cravings of the animal to survive at the expense of God's purpose—the copy of His own family and possessions.

The initiator of the new and better covenant, however, set the tone for the new way by the things he said and the way he lived. He did not consider equality with God something to be grasped—even though he was God's only Son—but humbled himself and became a servant. He didn't just talk about taking care of the poor and the sick, but healed them, and he lived as and took on the identity of an outcast, a shameful human whom nobody wanted to embraced (not anything like the made up christian jesus). He was nothing like the liars have portrayed him to be, some god who loved and embraced everyone and spoke tenderheartedly to the masses of people who wanted to believe in and follow him. He told them things that made it impossible for them to follow him, e.g., that they had to drink his blood, which was anathema to a Jew as per the very words of God given to Moses. He knew what was in them—that they weren't able to just follow him unless they were able to do what was utterly impossible for them to do because it meant not being able to survive, not being able to embrace what they loved, and not being able to appease their fear by holding on to the things they loved.

They had to choose, and the choice was devastating because it destroys everything they lived for and considered valuable enough to live for—family, honor, respect, identity, and the right to live out their lives in the way they wanted to. To those who could hear him (11 men and a few women) he made the distinction clear that what people considered life was merely a temporary existence, and what people considered the body was merely the temporary vehicle by which this existence was accomplished. Having said that, he pointed to what was truly life, and truly the body.

He (John the baptist) will be filled with the spirit even from birth. Many of the people of Israel will he bring back to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

The Messiah, the coming Son was the One God's holy men before and including John pointed to, spoke about and waited for. John did for Jesus what Elijah did for God, showing who the real God was amidst the confusion and lies of all the made up gods in the land. It's what the spirit and power of Elijah did in the body of John the Baptist, driving him to desire to turn the hearts of the children toward the God who was God, and make them ready for the Messiah who was Messiah.

The things that have been fulfilled among us...were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the Word.

Luke refers to the disciples of the Lord as "Eyewitnesses of the Word." The Word was the life of God, in spirit form, who made His home in Jesus' body, who spoke without words. It was the thing that formed him into what he became—not just an ordinary human, but one who knew the purpose and loved to do the will of the Father who lived in him, to please Him by obeying His voice instead of the voice of the animal that wanted to rule him, which spoke to him in the temptation in the wilderness.

The voice and desire of the Father was the thing that totally consumed and conformed Jesus' earthly body, in his temporary existence, not driven at all by the animals so that he remained clean, and could be the sacrifice God would make to receive His family—the only Lamb who could purify all of God's sons from the uncleanness of their animal nature, because he wasn't made unclean by that nature. He was the only human who was able to make them holy and consecrated so that all of the OT copies could be fulfilled, which all pointed as the copy to God's ultimate desire—to have a family of sons who proved that they loved Him more than their own desire to live and have an existence of their own, lived to and for themselves. That is the way of the animal, what must be purged out of the son of God if he is to become a son of God. If he's to be brought near to God to be for His purpose, to become a life which actually pleases Him because it is docile and willing to be consumed for His delight and purpose, willing to lose his life as a sacrifice for his Father, then he cannot also be an animal like all the other humans.

Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands.

Because the humans gave themselves over to the way of the animal, because they did not allow the law to be a schoolmaster for them, to teach them what the law said about what God wanted—because they did not understand His statutes, the new covenant was set in motion, in secret. The Son of God was totally hidden from them, and right under the nose of the people of God of the old covenant, the Messiah they were looking for was introduced to them in secret, and then they killed him because he wasn't what they wanted, and he said things they couldn't accept. Although he proved he was from God by the things he did, "For no one could perform the miraculous signs he was doing if God were not with him," nevertheless he—Israel's great and long awaited Messiah—was kept in secret from them by God, because they were not given "Eyes that could see, and ears that could hear, and a mind that could understand," and then who could turn and be healed.

The angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to give him the name John. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord."

May my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself
and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
